How FITrition Deluxe Works

Every other week we meet as a group for 45 minutes of butt-busting workout then settle into 45 minutes of serious nutrition talk.

Each group session will have a different focus to give you an entirely well rounded, and life-changing education on eating and exercising. For example, week one will focus on cardio and intervals in the exercise realm with Leanne for a serious calorie-burn and metabolic burst. Then Quinn will talk to us about simple dietary changes to kick-start your metabolism, understand your complex relationship with food and help everyone set personal goals for the program.

In addition to group sessions, each participant will get 3 private hour-long consultations with Quinn, who will support you with all of your nutritional concerns. During these private sessions you can discuss your thoughts, issues, roadblocks and cravings, and Quinn will help you to devise a strategy for healthy eating and cooking. Sessions can be held over the phone, at a grocery store or even in the kitchen.

Leanne will also give each participant 3 private training sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. She will work with each individual to set fitness goals and implement the know-how in the overarching worlds of cardio, strength, and flexibility. You will leave with a new found love of sweat, muscle burn, and endorphin highs.

Email support between sessions to field any of your questions. We will also send out weekly workout suggestions that you could do at your desk, plus homework assignments and food experiments to figure out what foods work best for your unique body.
***The GROUP classes are from 7-9 p.m. every other Tuesday, starting January 10th and going through March***
