Quinn is a Fashion Stylist turned Health Coach + Healthy Cooking Expert.

She made a name for herself as a designer and stylist but after 10 years in that game she decided there were new mountains to climb, and since food is the new fashion, she made the leap.

Quinn approaches food the same way she approached clothes:  get the best of what’s around that season and combine things in a dynamic yet palatable way.  Food, just like clothing should empower you and energize you.  It should look beautiful and most of all, it should feel good.

Just like people cultivate their own personal style, it’s important to recognize your own eating style.  Quinn will help you discover what foods work best for your unique body.

Like most women, Quinn spent the majority of my life dealing with weight issues. You name the diet, she tried it. Yet nothing seemed to work long term.  Eventually she went to the source and instead of changing her diet, she changed her relationship with food.

The #1 way she has come to terms with her unhealthy relationship with food?  Learn to cook the things she loves.  This is what demystified food for her, it took away it’s power.  Cooking is now her creative outlet, her passion and even her platform for meditation.

But she’s still not “perfect” (there’s no such thing). She’ll  eat chocolate and a french fry here and there, and you know what? That’s OK.  She’s found a balance that works for her and will help you find what works best for YOU.

Quinn has now completely dedicated her life  to helping people get the body they want by healing their relationship with food

In 2009 Quinn received her training as a Health Coach at the world’s leading nutrition school, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies like ayurveda and macrobiotics with modern concepts like the USDA pyramid, the glycemic index, The Zone and raw foods.

Quinn now works as a Private Chef, teaches cooking classes at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture and co-hosts the online cooking show {Healthy} Cooking Camp.  She’ currently working on a cookbook and developing a cooking/lifestyle show for network TV.
