Overnight Honey Nut Oats
Servings: 1
Time: 5 mins// overnight
What you need: a jar w/lid or a bowl and saran wrap
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)


Put everything in a jar or bowl.  Mix well and set it in the fridge overnight (at least 6 hours) covered.

In the morning, give it a stir and adjust, to taste.
