Want to know what I eat?

I’ve been getting a lot of questions recently about what I eat on a daily basis.  People always want to know what I do for breakfast, what snacks I reach for, and how I manage to pull together lunch and dinner despite always being on the go.

It just so happens that I made this video for Healthy Cooking Camp where I walk you through a typical day in my life.  I wanted to share it so you could get a glimpse into what a private chef/health coach eats on a regular basis…and how I stay healthy even though I’m constantly surrounded by yummy food!

One of my favorite snack tips that I share in this video is Apple Chips!  You don’t need to do anything fancy, you just cut your apple in a different way et voila, you have a crispy snack that’s even easier to eat than an normal apple.

NOTE: This was shot during the summer and my diet tends to change seasonally.  When it’s warm I eat a lot more raw food, smoothies and  salads but during the colder months I eat a lot more soups, beans, grains and roasted veggies…you get the picture 🙂
