Video: Super Simple Salsa
During the summer when tomatoes are abundant there’s only one thing to do: Salsa-fy them!
Super Simple Salsa
Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 4-6
What you need: knife, cutting board, food processor
- 4 Medium Tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, de-seeded and chopped
- sea salt and black pepper
Directions
Put the tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lime juice and jalapeno pepper in a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients are combined bu still chunky. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
